The garden still has tenders
Small biomechanical constructs now care for the cultivated beds near your ship.
Look closely as you step into the garden: two floating seed tenders inspect the plants, reach around their leaves, and deliver tiny nutrient droplets near the roots. Living canopies and fine mechanical joints give them a silhouette of their own.
They gently give you space, then return to their work. An optional survey scan lets you photograph a tender and record what you observe.
